    Has anyone else received their posting packs for next week? Mine just arrived and contained all the items,labels,schedule etc. as usual.... 2 sets of incentive stamps (24 stamps + 8 large) a small envelope labelled "incentives" with the L2S vouchers in for next weeks APL items, 2 sheets explaining the new parcel sizes and APL and a letter saying they are short of smarts (again)

    my pack for next week arrived yesterday...containing 12 first and 4 large letter stamps as monthly incentive and the one item I need to post next week with associated bits and the letter regarding the smarts

    Just noticed that the CD/DVD box has a sheet with it for the R-Number so looks like they noticed their mistake.

    Am I right thinking you will received £4 of L2S vouchers with a 1st class cube (as it costs £3.20 now), then £2 of L2S vouchers after you've posted it?

    This is correct, whilst the piece of paper i received in my pack today still says £3 + £2 (they were probably printed before the price changes were announced) i had £4 in my posting pack.

    What do tell the PO when posting the cube? They ask what's in the parcel/ package now

    The FAQ informs you to tell them that it is a "Sample of foam"
