Getting real pished off waiting for a decision.
    Owed out = lots.
  • Me too. Now into the 20th week and 14th week since assessment. The DWP doesnt bother to update you on where your claim is at and as for ATOS least said about them the better. Think id have a better chance of winning the lottery than hearing from the DWP. Fed up phoning them both and getting nowhere, said last week id hear from DWP with my decision thats a week and a day & zilch

I was told 10 days ago that the DWP had my report, but I've still not heard anything. Its almost 18 weeks since I had my assessment, and its 29 weeks since I first applied !
Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............

Will be doing exactly the same as you Delilahcaz as soon as I update this post. Have just got off the phone to DWP to be told that they still do not have my report back from ATOS. I was undergoing the ATOS audit procedure nearly 2 weeks ago. When I tried to ring ATOS (again) I got a answerphone message telling me to contact DWP with regards to my claim. ATOS are now not accepting phone calls from claimants chasing up their paperwork. Another brick wall, I am losing track of how many weeks now, but originally claimed 15th July. MP email now being sent. Good luck to every-one else on this non-stop merry-go-round. :(

Just popping by to say that I haven't had a decision either, although I did only have my assessment two weeks ago having waited longer than most people for the appointment (three months). So I guess I'm about week 14 into my claim, which actually isn't so bad comparatively!

I am thoroughly fed up with how long it's taking though.

PLEASE post a copy of what your MP's say about this, it affects us all.

  • Will post as soon as i get a reply from them. Got 2 standard emails back from them to say they had been received so at least i sent to the right place, now just to wait and see what they say. It seems to be the only way to get a response from the DWP is to get your MP involved so fingers crossed and hope this speeds up the process.

For the people who have undergone a PIP assessments are the questions like this?

I know someone who went for a ESA medical and the stuff they asked was completely different to what she read online.
