I am so annoyed was told payment would be in my account today. Guess what not there just got off the phone with DWP and even though the DM rang me with a decision it still has to be authorised by a supervisor and they have not done that yet. I thought when the DM gave his/her decision that was it but it seems not to be the case so now more waiting again

Mine was less than a week before it was in the account, the authorisation was only a day or two

I got a copy of my report a few days after I got the decision letter. They wont send it until the decision is made in case there is anything they need to query or isnt clear.

well just got off the phone here to Capita (initial claim 15th october 2013, f2f 7th february 2014) to be told everything is there waiting to be typed up before going upstairs to this second person before being passed to DWP, a few weeks ago i was told the report was 30 odd pages long and waiting to go upstairs to the other person. now apparently I shouldnt have been told that, also she stated I am within the 26 week guideline, no idea if the 26 applies from initial phonecall or after the f2f ?? - seriously had enough of all this now, told them I will be emailing a complaint in, but cant see where that is going to get me :/

You're not within the 26 week guidelines as it's 26 weeks from the application date- but no-one is within the 26 weeks anyway !

Yeah I thought I had gone past 26 weeks but according to the woman today on phone guidelines apply and I still fall within them :/ seriously don't think they know what they are doing there, I have just emailed a complaint into Capita although I don't know what that is going to do, to be honest, thinking of contacting my MP does anyone have a template link for me to follow to do this>?

Next time you phone her point out when the 26 weeks was, and ask how she thought you were still within it
