    It took mine 6 weeks after assesment to get bak to DM if that helps.

    Sorry read your post wrong it depends on what they want to clarify. Just prey they don't want to send your form back to atos for a re audit as they have done that to my friend and they are still waiting and it went back to Atos 6 weeks ago.

    thanks it just seems odd that we bad letter dated 1/5/14 saying they had all info needed and now they need clarification, already been waiting 40 weeks and Atos don't have a timescale as to how long they take to get this sent back to dwp

    i hope not faultymike it took them over 7 weeks to audit it in the first place.

    woooooohoooooo ive just received a call back from the case manager I missed it so rang her back and she said ive just made the decision enhanced rate for both mobility and care will be in bank on Wednesday also backdated till 9th October..... I am so relieved but sad for those not in receipt of a decision yet. I was at my lowest ive been for years yesterday today im on cloud nine.
