just called them early still no decision on mine and so I asked if there was anything they could do maybe like send an email. she said I can certainly do that for you, then I said what will happen then she said it will be flagged up..... so I doubt nothing really will make a difference.im not even getting a date for a call back. there has been no queries so far just would like a little more info they should be monitoring and stating which months they are currently working on so you have an idea where you are in the que

Yes they should be able to tell you more info.. Also work a few saturdays as they are well behind. 2 emails was sent and still nothing. its disgusting. I will be posting my letter of complaint to the head operations officer on saturday.

Well surprise surprise appointment was cancelled :mad: there were no more imminent home appointments so have an appt at the assessment centre in Leicester in 2 weeks time. 2nd time lucky hopefully..

JUst made my 3rd call of the day and wow.. They have made a decision... BUT.. it has now gone to the case managers manager.. !!!!!!...Nothing on the system so they can't tell me. Should only be a couple of days now.. probably tomorrow. Fingers crossed

had my f2f face today, very nerve racking, at they end the assessor said they would sent the report to the dwp and then they will make a decision if everything matched on my claim, doctors report and obv her report , but might take longer if there is descrepancies . left me feeling less than happy like im a liar or something, whole f2f thing took 1 hour and 45 mins

They do make you feel like frauds, Hopefully everything is ok and it gets sorted quickly x

Hi everyone, ive been reading all yr comments and I feel so angry, ive just recently claimed (3.3.14)..I dont know if or when il need a f2f..I have osteoarthritis in my knees hip neck and lower back, degenerative ...and in my feet..I was hoping id know within about 3 months but now realise thats not going to happen, bless you all ,, I think id crack up waiting as long as most of you have xx

At least they now say within 26 weeks. we didnt have that option.
It has been very stressful and upsetting. Hope they sort the system out so others don't have to go through what we have. good luck x
