I have been calling 3 times a day for a week and still no news , i have actually told them they need to be doing overtime and the woman laughed and said do you know how many hours we do. I told her well obviously not enough. Any other company would be working saturdays and sundays to clear the back log. But not them . we will just suffer. Well they now have 30 mins to do my second call back. Lets see what happens.0 -
Does any1 know what time these call centers shut , i rang at dinner time but there was no decision, the lady sent email to DM to say the long wait was makin my illness worse .not holding out any hope tho. Dont know if i dare ring them again today ! Xx0

Aaarrrrrrrrrrrrrhhhhggghggggghhh I do not believe this..... the complaint I specifically called to make 2 days ago was NOT noted as a complaint!!!! Just a flippin call back!!! I said to the man about 5 times "please make sure this is definitely a complaint being registered" I feel like banging my head off a wall!! Thanks sue bonney and jane, I will read through the info once I've calmed down, I mean seriously, I said it 5 times! That was after me calling two hours previous to it to initially complain, then the lady wouldn't let me complain, so I called back the second time to reiterate that I one hundred million per cent wanted to complain, first about no call back twice and also about the first lady not letting me complain, I actually feel like I'm losing my mind.... xx0

when I worked I would do 70 hrs a week on nights !!

Have you asked to speak to a team leader, I persisted today and got one. Not much use but a step up from the monkey0
