P.I.P. timescales...

Hi new to site, i dont know how ur all coping with the long waits! My claim now with DM and had been for 10 days. This hole process is making my illness worse, i have acute anxiety and daily panic attacks and depression . Ive had an awful time like so many other going to f2f i had panic attack in f2f and cried all way through it and could hardly speak i dont even know if i gave them all the info i needed to. And this last stage of waiting is awful i cant sleep which i dont get much of anyway my panic attacks have got loads worse whick i thought was impossable as there very bad already . I just cant take this anymore i just want to ring them and tell them to forget it , its all to much xx

I was going to say that's brilliant news a decision at last xx
but then I thought gone to the managers manager how many people does it take fgs. bet you have mixed feelings. got my fingers crossed for you x

It is crazy mine is on week 34 now !! Had f2F April rang week later said there no queries its with the mangers manger what ever that means rang again 2day said I should hear by end of next week if not ring the week after

Yes he said a decision has ben made and i thought brill... then he said about it going to someone else and i thought omg.. fingers crossed for tomorrow.. will let you all know how it goes x

I dont even know what week mine is on ! But its been a long rd , i have no idea why it would be with managers manager , i wonder if there double checking now ! Xx

I am really upset now.. just called to see if any news and i have been told still no decision. WHHHAAATTT. last night i was told a decision had been made and this morning i was told that i have been awarded just they cant see what it is yet..spoke to the team leader who confirmed no decision. i have put a complaint in about the staff. She said they have seen that the report was back and took it has being sorted.. well it aint good enough. My health has got alot worse and i am also on morphine from today. Can't deal with this any longer, x

@blackwidowz im so sorry to hear u have still no decision . Getting ur hopes up that ur long wait was over then to be told still waiting is beyond a joke . Hope u have some good news next week fingers & toes crossed for u x

Hi I am in the same position black widowz, 37 weeks, they got my assessment back a month ago, I've asked for a call back within 5 days twice and not been called. I'm getting really sick now, the stress is unbelievable and I totally u understand what your going through. I have contacted my mp but I am going to make yet another complaint today as someone was meant to call me back within 48 hours and no one has. This is a disgrace, they way we are being treated is appalling x
