yes mine is later than yours applied in October assessment in april as far as I know theres no queries so really should be easy for them to decide had the generic letter we have your info on 23rd but thanks to this forum I haven't got false hope lol just got keep nagging at them which im quite good at. not sure wether its the same dwp department as yours as im in the north
Phone Atos and check it has been sent back to DWP. If not, ask why not?
If it has, ask the date it was sent. Then phone DWP to check it has been received.
Mine was 17 working days from when it was back with DWP. I still phoned every day and they gave me the decision over the phone last week. Letter arrived today and back money in bank too this morning, which is just over a month from when it was received back with DWP. The DWP is all the same.

Glad your money's through at last. More importantly that you have your award in writing. It must be such a relief.

Have you asked them to send an 'escalation email'? I asked for this to be done and, lo and behold, the next day my award was through

I'm currently waiting for the long process of getting a f2f interview to be over but I'm moving at the beginning of June this year to a more accessible flat. Its more than likely that i will receive nothing before then so my question is how do i notify ATOS and the DWP of my new address and contact details without making a new claim. If i have to make a new claim i think I'll just give up.

    Thanks

    Assessment is tomorrow :(
One of my conditions is anxiety and I'm already getting worried :(
We've done the best we can to make the place look decent between OH and I but he has mental health problems as well so I'm just worried they will judge :( As I've mentioned before OH has to go to work partway through the assessment so I just hope I can manage to get our what I need to say as I'm not good with people I don't know :(

They wont judge your house as that has nothing to do with it.
See my message earlier- write down everything you need to say- using the criteria- go back to my link to see what they are. They wont mind you checking or looking at a list.
If you move about, make them tea etc, be aware of how you are doing it. Do you need aids/help? Make sure you use them.
Good luck- let us know how you got on :)
