Just called to ask for a copy of my Atos report. I got put through to Blackpool this time. The lady told me a decision has been made but a copy of my award letter hasn't been uploaded to the system yet. She said that normally 3 screens would have been open at this stage, but now she can go into 5 screens. That's how she knows it's been done. Yes I was told 8th...but someone else told me there was nothing on the screen saying anything about that date. This is where the conflicting stories come into it. I'm glad I called back, but still not convinced. At least I'm getting a copy of my assessment report...just incase I don't agree with the final decision. I'm curious to see what Atos wrote about me. (probably neurotic lol):staradmin 6 weeks from Assessment to award. :staradmin0

My Husband called today about lunchtime...ish & was told the claim was probably on someone's desk in a queue, which I find strange as I'd previously been told it was being looked at on 8th. He was told to call back in 2 weeks. I called back 2 hours later to ask for Atos report & thats when I was told decision made but not uploaded to system. I can't believe how stressful this is..:staradmin 6 weeks from Assessment to award. :staradmin0

very very stressful i rang again about 10 mins ago told that it could take 2-3 weeks sometimes to be decided and that if i havent heard anything by tuesday to ring back, she said they have sent a chase up email to the decison maker today when i previously called but still nothing showing up to say they have decided, i said i understand that if 3 screens are showing they havent decided and if 5 show they have and she just said its got nothing to do with the screens!! what a bunch of liars one say one thing other one says different i really cant believe that it takes so long to sort out!x0 -
not sure what time they close tonight maybe ur decision paper may be showing by then. maybe worth ringing again to see if the next call operator says the same thing as the last or comes back with it still hasnt been done.x0

Yes, tried again & was told the same as last time. Decision made, but not uploaded to the system. Not sure how long the contact centre is open but I've had enough for one day. Diazapam taken... I'm trying to wind down cos the more I worry, the closer I get to a full blown panic attack. Now that I know it's close, I'll try again in a couple of days. I was starting to think that every time I tried to chase it up, they were putting me back to the bottom of the pile, but that's just me being paranoid. He confirmed that an email has been sent to try to get it done soon. Good luck with your decision, when you finally get it. We're now on 5 weeks & 2 days since assessment.:staradmin 6 weeks from Assessment to award. :staradmin0

oh god i hope its soon and good luck to you too i hope its the outcome that you are wanting, keep me informed if of when you get your decision and i will too i really hope we dont have to appeal,
my husband had a accident in 2012 resulting in a complete acl rupture in his knee and tears to every other ligament and also bone structure damage, he had regular physio trying to build the muscles around the damage to be able to try and walk properly again however it never improved in 2014 his condition got far worse resulting in further damage in his knee bone wise and also because he had it so long also got osteoarthritis in it too. he had an operation last sept to repair the acl and menicus but the bone structure damage could not be repaired nor could the arthritis. resulting in the operation not going as it should and his knee still very unstable and weak and also in lots of pain and stiffness due to the osteoartritis.
he is still having ongoing physiotherapy to try getting movement and stability in his leg and is on codiene tramadol and dicloflenac and will possible need further mri's to why his knee is still the way it is.
is your condition physical or mental. she said to me last time i called that some decisions will be made quicker than others it depends on there condition. they have also emailed the decision maker for a chase up.x0
