You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0

Hi Geordie girl. Half the problem and cause of stress is not knowing what's happening and not being told the truth. I agree with Susie - email your MP. You'll be amazed how quickly things start moving. My report's in audit but ATOS told me it should be send to DWP by the end of next week. If it's not I'll be straight back on the phone to my MP's assistant. Good luck x0 -
I went direct to CEO of Capita as I was sick to death of the lies told to me by Capita, within hours my report was done and handed by courier to DWP, waiting now for decision from DWP, will be ringing them monday to ask for an update0

I will email my mp, but don't know how long it takes for there response, last time i tried on behalf of my daughter it took over a week for them to reply to my enquiry. It' true you don't know who to beleive and i know a lot of people don't like atos but the funny thing is i think the dwp is just blaming them. i am going to try now. thanks guys.0

Been in tears of relief, decision was made on Wednesday (not sure why I wasn't told when I called or why nobody's called me), never mind, all over. Enhanced and enhanced. Hoping others have a smoother journey. This has been as bad as getting ill in the first place. Hopefully award will make it all a little easier.0
