As already asked, was the stamp price shown on the envelope? If it was, was the price charged much more than this?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0 -
So a dispute then.
I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

So a dispute then.

No not a dispute, merely a request to eBay asking them if the feedback meets their criteria for removal.
I suspect it won't meet the removal criteria as a neg was not actually threatened and we've had a few threads recently where eBay have said the remark about feedback was not a thread, merely a statement.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Block the buyer and move on-and wear your neg with pride. We've all been there. No free lunch, and no free laptop

P&P should cover the seller's costs (ie. postage, packing, and travel to the PO), but shouldn't be an additional profit.
If that's what was charged then it's unjustified, but if the amount charged was (significantly) more, then it's valid feedback.
The fact that many buyers (and sellers) do not consider paying for travel to PO to be p and p shows why eBay do not arbitrate in disputes about whether postage is 'fair' or not. eBay will only consider whether the threat about feedback was an actual threat to leave A neg, or merely a statement of intent.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Sometimes that is all you can do sadly.

Hi,
I sold a couple of items to the same buyer, I gave postage discount, yet they contacted me saying they wanted to pay less. I did not agree to a greater discount, and then they paid.
After receiving the items, they contacted me again demanding a refund of postage, 'before they gave feedback' (so obviously threatening). I said I'd give a full refund if the items were returned.
No word back, and now two negative feedback marks in my profile. I hardly ever sell stuff on eBay, so it is quite annoying to have this. What can I do?
Thanks!
remind them they agreed to price when making the bid.
if ebay try to side with the seller remind ebay of the same thing and remind ebay of uk law.0 -
Which UK law are you referring to?0

Op, how much more than the actual cost of posting did you charge?0
