Buyer demanded postage refund, left neg feedback when not given, what to do?

Hi,
I sold a couple of items to the same buyer, I gave postage discount, yet they contacted me saying they wanted to pay less. I did not agree to a greater discount, and then they paid.
After receiving the items, they contacted me again demanding a refund of postage, 'before they gave feedback' (so obviously threatening). I said I'd give a full refund if the items were returned.
No word back, and now two negative feedback marks in my profile. I hardly ever sell stuff on eBay, so it is quite annoying to have this. What can I do?
Thanks!

raise a dispute. also reply to the feedback stating your side.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

If you feel the messages fall into 'feedback extortion' then ring Ebay and ask them to review them.

Yes, as I said.
But you said....'raise a dispute'......what dispute?
The OP is the seller.0 -
"sigh" The dispute is that the buyer has left false negative feedback.
The op can raise a dispute to ebay over the false negative feedback.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Thanks all for your responses. I reported the buyer through the option you get in the selling menu. Is it still advisable to ring? Is eBay's customer service good?
Also, how do you respond to the feedback? Looks like as a seller you can only give positive feedback, which I obviously wouldn't want to do!0 -
You can respond to the feedback she left you, do a quick search in customer support.
Did you charge much postage over what the P.O. charged you?0 -

P&P should cover the seller's costs (ie. postage, packing, and travel to the PO), but shouldn't be an additional profit.
If that's what was charged then it's unjustified, but if the amount charged was (significantly) more, then it's valid feedback.0
