Sick to death of all of my wages disappearing to debts!

After reading through many different inspiring debt free diaries I have decided it is finally the time to create my own.
I have been in debt since I was 18 stupidly through credit cards, store cards, loans and generally anything I could get to fund a lifestyle I cant afford to lead!
6 years later I am still in a ridiculous amount of debt have nothing to show for any of it, still living at home because I cant afford to rent whilst I am in debt and no savings or hope of purchasing my own house.
I guess this is my reason for starting this diary, that I have finally realised I need to clear this debt before I am able to really start enjoying my life. Having stopped my smoking habit of 20 a day 15 days ago I feel this is the best time to turn everything around especially with the excess money from not smoking.
My debts are as follows:
Barclaycard CC : £5600 (0% till February 2014)
Natwest CC: £3050 (0% till March 2015)
Nationwide Loan: £6000 3 years remaining
Car Finance: £4000 2 years remaining (no longer have that car but still paying it)
My aim is to tackle the credit cards firstly Barclays, then Natwest. I will be joining a lot of the challenges and having as many NSD's as possible.

Giving up smoking is probably the hardest thing I have had to do, and now I know I have the will power to do that I know I can tackle this debt!

Thanks for taking the time to read my diary Laura.:T
I spend ages reading the diaries on here to get inspiration and stay focused. The amounts some people have paid off have really amazed me and helped me put my own debts into context. Milestones and goals seem to be what works for me and I've noticed you've set yourself one already. Consider me subscribed

I agree, I have been lurking on here for ages and although I hadn't made a diary of my own it really made me realise that I can get out of this mess just like everybody else on here is on the road to doing!
Such inspiring diaries from all kinds of different people, in different situations. But the support is unbelievable, and exactly what I need to stay on track.
The only bad bit about it all is that I don't get paid until Friday so I cant do anything until then to start clearing any of this debt.
Roll on friday :jTotal debt to pay: £14,071.41/ Remaining debt: £12,884.12: Amount Paid: £1,187.29

So day 1 went pretty well I managed to keep it as a NSD

Took breakfast and lunch to work instead of buying it!
I have agreed to do an extra couple of shifts at work which will bring in extra money to pay off towards my Barclays CC! Cant wait till payday Friday so that I can start clearing some of it!
Also went to the gym straight from work to make the most out of my gym membership I pay for, which stopped me going out to meet friends and therefore spend money!
Overall not a bad day
