Tuesday - Living Room and study
Tidy up, put things away, straighten those piles - there better already
    Do one bit of paperwork
[STRIKE]Wash your door sausage - needs stitching back up[/STRIKE]
Check kids pencil cases ready for the return for school, no kids sort your own stationery, think about planner/diary for next year if you like a 16 month one

    Wednesday - Bathroom/downstairs toilet/Hall, Stairs, Landing
    15 minutes.
    ..
Clean the toilets and sinks, shine those taps - shower room
Clear the floors and hoover and mop them, right into the manky corners

    Thursday - Choose a bedroom
Do your rings need a clean? I soak mine in a ramekin of warm water with a dash of washing up liquid and gently brush with an old toothbrush.
    Extra mission:
Sort any piles of magazines, catalogues etc, any you can pass on or recycle?
Get out winter boots/shoes do they need reheeling/polishing/replacing?

    Friday Rooms of Dooms
    15 minutes..

Eat a frog or at least take a big bite from it
    30 minutes to spare..
Clear away anything that isn't in it's place, clothes, toys, books etc
    Vacuum the floor
    Clean the window
    Got an hour..
The cupboard/drawer/pile you have been meaning to deal with forever, the time has come to tackle it!
Not got a pile, then your surfaces should be nice and clear for a good dusting.
    Extra Mission
Catch up on something you missed earlier in the week or do something you've been meaning to?

Misty the one which needs the most work or an odd room say conservatory which may not come up on the regular list. For most of us it is the room where stuff gets dumped.

Bedroom for me then, as I didn't do as much on the list as I'd hoped today.

  • Been ill almost the whole day (health issue playing up), but felt better this evening so managed to make dinner, wash up and put the kitchen to bed. DH kindly did the other washing up for the day and a bit of hoovering whilst fetching me various tablets, chocolate and cups of tea :kisses3:
