Experimental Little Invention Takes Existence

I think it's all of them, all the managers are being very cold and not supportive. The team are just horrible to me. I am by far the youngest one and I think that is one of the reasons they say things to me. Like twice today, they were all having a laugh at my expense. It feels like being at school and being bullied by a pack of sixth formers! Not good at all. I didn't sleep a wink last night and it's just awful.
Everyone keeps saying it will get better but I don't actually have anyone to talk to.
I have found all the emails and paperwork which show I was offered one job but am being made to do another, so I might just follow that up and see what I can do.
Anyway, thanks for the pep talk TEAM SUPREME. I'll just try and not think about it tonight. I may even call in sick tomorrow. I don't know if I can be bothered going through all that !!!!! again!Thrifty_Sister wrote: »But its very hard to prove that so be very careful Mimi. Just been lurking but I had to come on and reply to Mimi. I really feel for you, it's awful when your home life is overshadowed by work. write things down (dates, times, who was there, any emails or correspondence, the gist of the conversation etc) as you never know when or if it may be necessary.
As thrifty sister says, an employment tribunal is not something to be taken lightly.
I have been through an employment tribunal and it took two years of my life and i had awful health issues because of it. the good news is that I won my case... But if I had to go back and do it all again, I wouldn't. I would walk away and not go down that route cos it's pretty hellish.
Be strong, but start looking for something else. Life is too short to put up with s@@tTiger
