I think it's all of them, all the managers are being very cold and not supportive. The team are just horrible to me. I am by far the youngest one and I think that is one of the reasons they say things to me. Like twice today, they were all having a laugh at my expense. It feels like being at school and being bullied by a pack of sixth formers! Not good at all. I didn't sleep a wink last night and it's just awful.

Everyone keeps saying it will get better but I don't actually have anyone to talk to.

I have found all the emails and paperwork which show I was offered one job but am being made to do another, so I might just follow that up and see what I can do.

Anyway, thanks for the pep talk TEAM SUPREME. I'll just try and not think about it tonight. I may even call in sick tomorrow. I don't know if I can be bothered going through all that !!!!! again!

What an awful predicament. What does it state on your contract of employment? Have you agreed to do a different job/have they changed your contract of employment?

Does your company have a bullying and harassment policy?

Hope you have been keeping notes - if not, start now - you need to be writing everything down. Every instance you are made to feel awkward/bullied/uncomfortable/intimidated, you need to make timed and dated notes (should you ever need this it is called contemporaneous evidence and can be relied upon if you decide to go along the constructive dismissal route).

If you are being bullied, your employer has a duty of care to you to sort it out.

That's always my concern, re. sorting out the 'right' SA the next time. I always wonder about you people on here, with spends of £10 and getting £9 something back:eek::eek:. 'Fraid I'm not so brave as that sometimes. Do you buy clothing or other non-grocery stuff thrown onto the shop?

As regards 'never doing glitches often' - I go on the contrary! I would never do a shop now unless there is at least one glitch on it (and why stop there?). Must be multiple glitching for me now - otherwise I doubt you'll get me out of the house, as it's just too expensive:eek:!:D:rotfl::rotfl:

I always add £5 on to my Christmas savings card on my glitchy shops to make the total larger. It doesn't stay on there I have £5 pounds going on and off like a yo yo.Until
November when I will top it up to £144.

Right mimi - I have been where you are and the biggest mistake I made was to resign- they won:mad:

In hindsight I should have got signed off with work related stress (because that is what you are desribing) and bought some time to look for another job. At the time I left myself in an extremely vulnerable position. I would advise you to look at long term rather than short term. XX

Chris where have you been on your holibobs?
Im more or less caught up with the ironing now just the bedding that was on the line today:D
Had masses last week for customer

Levante Club Benidorm bubbs. Was really nice, adult only All Inclusive, but I think I overindulged both food and alcohol - put on 3lb - so I'm back into 5:2 from today.
I always change the bedding the day before we go away - one less thing to do the week we're back.

Other option, but would only buy time not a solution, get to the doctors and explain how you are feeling and how this situation is affecting you ... 'work-related stress'
