Are your work colleagues making you miserable, or your employer? Are you being bullied/intimidated? Or just hate the job?
I think it's all of them, all the managers are being very cold and not supportive. The team are just horrible to me. I am by far the youngest one and I think that is one of the reasons they say things to me. Like twice today, they were all having a laugh at my expense. It feels like being at school and being bullied by a pack of sixth formers! Not good at all. I didn't sleep a wink last night and it's just awful.TrulyMadly wrote: »Have you anyone at work who is supportive who you can confide in?
Everyone keeps saying it will get better but I don't actually have anyone to talk to.
I have found all the emails and paperwork which show I was offered one job but am being made to do another, so I might just follow that up and see what I can do.
Anyway, thanks for the pep talk TEAM SUPREME. I'll just try and not think about it tonight. I may even call in sick tomorrow. I don't know if I can be bothered going through all that !!!!! again!0 -

Kind of get the feeling that they want you to quit, and are making it very difficult for you. That's called constructive dismissal
But its very hard to prove that so be very careful Mimi. A relative is at present fighting his employer atm and has employed a solicitor to help at extortionate rates  And even though she is supposed to be top notch, she doesn't hold out much hope0 -

What a lovely thing to do.
Nannylala, great news.
Mimi, sorry to hear your having a tough time.0 -
It is awful to spend your time miserable, but would you be more miserable if you had no job, got lots of knock-backs from interviews, had less security and eventually felt the pinch financially? It's easy to comment on the side lines, but you do have to consider things very carefully before giving up your job.
Get yourself a good cv put together and start looking for something else. Have you got any holidays due to go and register with some job agencies?

and its always easier to get a job when you already have one.0 -

Got some money off my final bill. Still a pain as the bill came to £270 for two tyres. Expensive month for me! OUCH. At least i've not got pain in my tooth any more and i'm once again eating on the right side.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

Tiger I owe you big time, DH thought it was hilarious when I grabbed the ones you'd hiddenthey went quite nicely with the last ones I managed to find on the end of the aisle
Already promised a handful of boxes to another of the elite in trade for crackers
Managed to get some lovely clothes to bulk my APGs up a little bit too (thanx again Tiger), 3 of the tops were ones I'd tried to order off As website but had gone out of stock so well happy :j
Not the best MSE day but we had free travel on the train, 4 free frappes, used my free £5 gift card for Debnms on a set of sale shoes for DD.
Makes up for the money I did spendand wombles came in at just under a fiver :j
