This is very good advice! Constructive dismissal cases are notoriously difficult. Unless there's blatant discrimination at play the chances of winning a case are very slim. Less than 10% if I remember correctly.
It's not a decision that should be taken lightly or without some sort of proper advice.

On fast day I have SP noodles for breakfast/dinner 70 cals then at tea time either a chicken breast and loads of salad or a ww meal topped up with veg With fruit as little nipples hth
