As far as I know the MRI showed the lump had disappeared, the lump had been on previous MRI's and had grown. This was the MRI before treatment was to start. I'm no expert in any of this but I can't see that a lump would just disappear.

A lump can be many things.

If people don't believe then He gives them what they want, an eternity without Him.

If people don't believe, then there is no eternity, you live, you die, end of.
You don't need to be insulting either. Yes we all get that you don't believe but that's no reason to put an animal above God.

Can you not see that that is just as insulting to someone who doesn't believe? Your god may the the most important thing to YOU, that doesn't mean your god (who doesn't exist to a non-believer) is more important than someone who doesn't believe's cat (that undeniably exists)

I knew it wouldn't be long before 'Christian' intolerance reared it's ugly head.

So if you don't blindly believe in him you're for the chop. To hell.

So if an atheist surgeon goes round Africa curing people of the river blindness god has given them, he will go to hell?

Nice chap. I'll stick to the cat thank you.

There's nothing wrong with saying you are an atheist on here and many do. There is no need for abuse from anyone but Christians are frequently abused.

I'm sorry but no war has ever been started because of atheism, all wars have been started because of religion or greed. I am an atheist as are most of my friends and some of my family. I know more selfish, unforgiving, spiteful and judgemental religious people than atheists with the same character flaws.

I have actually been physically assaulted, spat at and sworn at by "christians" just for being an atheist.

Religion is just a way of controlling the masses, making money and covering up crimes such as !!!!!philia and as long as the pope sits on a golden throne while people starve and children are raped and sexually abused by so called religious leaders nobody will ever be able to convince me otherwise.

I used to keep my atheism to myself as thought it was something to be ashamed of but after I was attacked for simply saying to someone I never go to church I realised that they are the ones who should be ashamed for believing in fairy tales and using them as an excuse to hate.

I am now a very outspoken atheist and actively speak out against religion and the venom it spews into society.

My dogs are (of course) far far more important to me than your god, why would I put a god I don't believe in 'above' my very real animals that I love?

Where was I intolerant? I merely said that putting an animal above God is insulting to a Christian which it is.

It's not a case of blindly following anyone though. God doesn't give anyone a disease but He has allowed mankind to go against HIm thereby the world has developed in the way it has.

If the doctor has heard of Jesus and doesn't believe then yes Hell which of course he won't believe in will be his final destination. That can be hard to accept but God is God.

Wars are started by people from all faiths and none and that in itself doesn't make them right.

People have character flaws whatever the beliefs or not they hold. Being a believer doesn't make you perfect.

It is very wrong to be spat at etc for your non-belief but how did they know?

Some religious leaders are !!!!!philes but that shouldn't condemn the rest. We don't condemn the whole of any other organisation in this way.

You certainly shouldn't be ashamed of being an atheist but neither should someone for being a Christian.

You are intolerant because you believe you and your god are more important than someone else and their cat, you aren't, we are are equal regardless of what we believe.

Well then you basically want answers only from people who believe in God - after all, why else would they pray?

Basically, there are 2 options: either the thing they prayed for happened, or it didn't. I can't see what other "experience" of prayers there can be....

Actually there are two more options; one that you didn't pray and yet good things still happened; or that you didn't pray and bad things happened.

Either way - it's all complete coincidence. No matter who prayed or didn't and who got lucky or didn't.

I do believe we are all equal though whatever our beliefs. People are always more important than animals. I certainly don't think I am more important than anyone else.
