Got up this morning with the intention of going out and getting a few things until my online order arrives tomorrow eve. In particular stuff for work. I then had another thought ( never good with decisions) that I start in my new office tomorrow and I'm only in work two days this week so seems a bit pointless getting stuff for two day.
There is a canteen but don't want to get into the habit of using it.
I have enough bread in the freezer to make in for toast in the morning and for lunch I've just cooked some pasta - will mix some pepper, sweet corn and tuna in and it will be fine for the two days.
Have enough food in for today so aiming for an nsd.
Instead it's been a cleaning morning, including the soap powder drawer ( which always seems to get black mould on) if any one has a good cleaning solution for it - would be greatly received.
Now got fluffy towel Yankee candle burning and chill time xxSave £12k in 2014 #080 £0/£8,000.

Well washing machine is on a 90 degree cycle in the hope the heat will kill of any remaining mould.
Didn't have a nsd as Internet shopping called. M&s have a 20% home event on and I have been after some new cushions so that's my treat for the month. I got them on my m&s card but have made a payment for the full amount to m&s so it's the equivalent of a cash purchase just get a few points.
Pick the cushions up Tuesday so no delivery charge.
Still a plus for me as I would previously have got them with the intention of paying for them when the bill comes in and then something cropping up and not quite making the full payment etc.
Hope you all have a good eve xxSave £12k in 2014 #080 £0/£8,000.

I have just been looking at my last store card statement (Evans) and in my head I thought it had a balance of around £220.
Well ... It wasn't,it was £182.85 and just checked in the past month I have paid £186. So even with a bit of interest I will have cleared the balance.
Shall wait until I get the statement before I get too giddy but looks like I'm down to one debt- yippee!!
Shall have to go into the bank this week to find out how to over pay xxSave £12k in 2014 #080 £0/£8,000.

Eeep! Hubby is busy this evening, I guess the search will continue. I'm determined not to buy unless I'm 100% happy with them, been looking a while but just can't seem to find the perfect ones. Might resort to buying material and making my own...

One thing about m&s is that they regularly have home events.
I have gone for a plain design as I have patterned curtains and a couple of cushions to match. Hoping they will last a bit longer than my current ones as they lost there plumpness very quickly.
Shall let you know what I think when I pick them up on Tuesday xxSave £12k in 2014 #080 £0/£8,000.

Well feeling so tired this evening, gave into a bottle of coke and some chocolate.
Waiting for a tesco delivery, hoping for a few nice substitutes and a bill that isn't bigger than predicted.
Have watched a few nectar adverts tonight - got an extra 500 points on my card last week for signing up and watching adverts. Know I won't get as many next week but every few counts and I'm sure over a period of time they all add up.
Right off to find some match sticks to keep my eyes open and going to watch jamie Oliver - see if he can teach me some money food saving tips xxx.Save £12k in 2014 #080 £0/£8,000.
