  • Perhaps you continue padding as you have been and then have a trigger amount in mind so as soon as you hit say, £50 you transfer it to make a loan over payment.

    Might work that way?

  • Unfortunately it can't be done just by transfer, can only be a standing order so weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc.

  • Well choosing to have a day in today so will be a nsd day hopefully.

Have done a fair bit of cleaning this morning. Decided I need to take my heavy weight throw to the laundrette. It's cream and its got a few marks on. No idea what it will cost to clean but I like it and it will hopefully still be considerably cheaper than a new one. Also thinking that the throw would be ideal to use on autumn evenings rather than put the heating on.

So shall pop to the laundrette tomorrow - no idea what I do there so may splash out for a service wash.

£5 to my emergency pot today. Love PADing, total addictive LMD.

Just thinking how my outlook has changed. My sister got a windfall of £19,000.00 just over a month ago. It was money that was totally unexpected. She paid of her debt, brought some new furniture and a holiday. This weekend she decided in trade in her perfectly good car and purchased a brand new one. Her car was traded in as part exchange and she is now ( well come Monday) £11,000.00 in debt again.

I'm desperately trying to get out of debt so can't understand the logic of the purchase. Just shows how different we are. Maybe it's because it was simple for her to get out of debt that's she's not bothered about getting back into it. Whereas once I get out of it. I intend staying out.

I 100% believe that this is the case and I agree that once mine has gone, it's staying gone!

Hope you're having a lovely day sweets :)

ps - this may be the best way if you base it on the previous weeks PADding total and pay the extra 1 week in arrears. That way you always know it's there and available

  • Just updating myself by stalking your thread and oh my goodness, you've paid of your store card. :T:T:T:TI am so proud of you, so inspiring!:T I also like the way you've gone about things, you've cut back but still paying off your debts and you've been NSDing like crazy, so so proud. Really put a smile on my face and I now feel like I must keep going or I'll be letting the side down. Looking forward to reading the future posts :D
