I find sleeping time available is plenty inadequate enough already without finding extra nocturnal activities.0

Horrible "hot insides" feeling; I hate that, I seem to burn up from the inside, which is why I don't need much heat on until mid winter.... horrible feeling. Finally gave up trying to get comfortable, so turned the news on and surfing t'Internet.

So, those of you with kids might want to drag your lilos out to the garden

Good marketing, call it "intro to festivals for pre-teens" and it sounds less encouraging, call it "intro to orgies" and even less so.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. Have you bought the property, or do you just have an option?
Are you thinking of gazumping me?PasturesNew wrote: »On the telly the kids had been booted out, alone, to sleep the night. You could do that..... tell them they're going away for the weekend, camping - and to pack.... then give them a potty and show them the door.
Hmm - I wonder if the double glazing would keep all the noise out?PasturesNew wrote: »No. Always been "hot inside".

No, but you asked what you should do if you don't get planning permission. Walking away from the deal, if you can, might be the simplest option.
I was only joking - yes walking away or trying to renegotiate the price are both options - if it looks like a no, never on the planning then walking away makes sense, it is if it looks like 'no but perhaps with an appeal/resubmission that it becomes a tougher call. With current low interest rates it would be self financing as a BTL so it would not cost to purchase and keep applying although of course there is stamp duty....I think....0 -

1. No. I leave that alone, it looks after itself perfectly happily
2. Yes - well, epilated, anyway
3. Yes.
We had a wonderful, wonderful evening and night. OH is the most lovely, gorgeous, fantastic man in the world....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

We just unfolded it to make it up ( I know, shameful, but I'm tired) and I took a hilarious picture. I'd forgotten how it is to sleep with dog dog. DH ( who is home) and I have our shoulders to gather but our feet at either edge of the bed...because there is a isn't greyhound spread out in the middle of us at leg level. Her head on my thighs her tail over his knee.
She's content.
Why is FIR there on a Thursday?
What's wrong with your bed?PasturesNew wrote: »Being tiny I just sleep fully stretched out on the sofa as a sofa.
The sofa bed in our living room is a double if unfolded, and a single if left alone and the two back cushions taken off. Fine for anyone who is 5 ft 11 or shorter....much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

Oh, I am pleased to hear that you slept well. Fortunately, it hasn't been such hot, muggy weather lately. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
