The woman who raised the heathen question just popped round for a cuppa.

Iam magnanimous in my forgiveness , eh? My cat sat on her lap and dug her claws in hard though.

Funily enough, although I used to have all mine inspected every six months, but decided (nearly ten years ago) that it was a complete waste of time and money, and stopped them. They rarely show up anything.

I always thought it was an excuse for the agent to charge the landlord some more money, personally.

Safely ensconced in a small university town north of the border now with just about everybody I share a chromosome with.

Eight hours door to door involving three stops. Wish every jounry was so smooth. No internet though and phone's internet's pathetic so you'll all have to blink back the tears of disappointment as best you can and struggle on without me for a few hours.days whatever.

Hope DS's luggage turns up SC.

Luggage arrived, had delivered from Heathrow where it had caught the later flight.

Very impressed, tagged Eithiad so I guess they took responsibility being the delaying airline.

Isaac is spending the night with Sam - OH is on his way home, and we're going to have a blissful evening and night, JUST US!

I've showered, washed my hair, perfumed, made up, dressed up......
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

Yes, one bad sales technique is fear. Put the fear into your potential customer so they sign up with you as you can prevent bad things happening to them.

Hint that renters are bad people and need watching over ..... and pocket the easy cash from inspections. I wonder how much they charge landlords for them. Bikini line? Legs shaved? Fresh sheets?

We changed the sheets yesterday, and I'm working on my legs right now. Could you pop over to help with the bikini line, please, as I've never done that before.

Just get some sharp garden shears and a bar of regular household soap. Prop a big mirror against the wall and get a spotlight.

You start and I'll get there as soon as I can.

I love doing my missus' bikini line.

She calls it pampering and it gets me brownie points.
I pretend I hate it, but I love it really.

(I think she knows really though:))
