yep, i have the photos on my mob,but not ime afraid the brains on how to display it on here, i will ask my kids they may know how,,, it could have been when they increased the car park charges 30% (current rate on inflation as we all know) from £1-00 to £1-30 per hour but the machines for reg have ben there a while as i encouraged folk to enter,,,Foxtrot Oscar(iykwim) instead of their actual reg,,some did, some thought i was nuts, but i continue my mission in the peel centre and the nearby (aldi/parking eye,,scam on newbridge lane) as i hate with a passion ppcs.i am first to admit their signage is much better, but no mention anywhere of having to pay after 6pm(correct me if i am wrong please)loads of folk know it was free,,and still think it is,that is how the scum known as excel are still catching folk out,we all know it would be to hard (not) to say,,there is no free parking here anymore etc etc or could it be to expensive in loss of scam fake finds.0

Bondy - next time you are down at the Peel, could you ask around at the stores when the signs changed and it's probable that some staff would have been affected by the changes and might know.

Good luck ITG. Main objective of this appeal is to hook that POPLA code.
Then you (with our help) can go to town on the real appeal, and get rid if this from your life. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

ITG - have you seen a similar Excel/Peele Centre post running concurrently? The OP is just ahead of you in the process timescale.
If you've not already read this thread it might be wise to do so as I suspect you'll get a similar response to your appeal as did the OP in this other case. It will give you the opportunity to give it some advance thought before receiving (probably) the inevitable!

As they already have your name and address you can respond with that BUT make it absolutely clear that this is the name and address of the REGISTERED KEEPER which is the basis that the NtK was issued under PoFA 2012 by them.
Give them the reference number on the NtK.
Advise them that your appeal is now lodged and require them to accept the appeal (and cancel the charge) or if they reject it provide you with a POPLA verification code to which the Registered Keeper is entitled - BPA Ltd Code of Practice 22.12 refers. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
