Have you tried contacting them and explaining the trouble you are having with the retailer and you need it resolved quickly due to medical issues enclosing a doctors letter would help here. I bet that might help get it resolved.
It is not ONLY medical issue : as you can see with my other thread I was trying at the same time to prepare a marathon for a non-profit organization in order to create a 'buzz' at the beginning of September 2013.0 -

Well in that case still write/email to the manufacture and tell of the problems you are experiencing and you need to the trainers as you are planning on running the marathon to raise money for charity. If it is a big brand I am sure they will not want their name blackened by stopping a good citizen raising money for charity.0 -

No they would not give a receipt to the OP she is saying she left without keep trying to get one because she felt threatened.0 -

Its difficult to know what to believe to be honest.Yes, I have medical condition that need i run at least every two days!It is not medical issue : as you can see with my other thread I was trying at the same time to prepare a marathon for a non-profit organization in order to create a 'buzz' at the beginning of September 2013.0 -

Yes I did notice the contradiction but as there was an exclamation mark after the 'medical condition' quote I then took that to mean the OP was being sarcastic. To be honest I was wondering what medical condition required you to run for three times a week, but I would never be so rude as to ask a question that personal.0 -

Maybe I have just forgot the word 'ONLY' : it should be stupid for someone that need to run at least 3 times a week due to his health (stress/headache) to not try to use this weakness will setting up a non profit organisation. I was trying to see if I could not organize footing for young people in parc twice or three times a week instead of running lonely.0 -

I suffer from severe chronic headache and it is only fitness and running that decrease his intensity/frequency (in addition to not miss a meal or drink a coffee etc.).Now, some will say that severe chronic headache is a lie but only people really suffering from it know what i am talking about.0 -

I see : from a retailer refusing to provide receipt regarding a faulty item returned to him all you are finding suspicious is my health. Don't be worry, I have all the medical records and prescriptions that was given to me monthly during the last three year if needed in order to defend my case.0 -

"Need", on it's own, isn't even a thing. Nobody "just needs" to do anything.
You NEED to do X if you WANT Y
As to whether anyone ever NEEDS to do anything, that's for them to decide - not you...so don't try to be a pedant about it.
Perfectly put. It is up to the OP to decide what she needs, not Hintza to examine .
sales of Goods Act very clearly states that the retaier must not cause any significant inconvenience. Here, clearly, the significant inconvenience has been caused.
Basic thing, which some of the 100000+posts regulars seem to forget and try to crossexamine the OP as if they are forum gurus0
