How can a key be noisy? They are just inert pieces of metal. Also all keys are the same sort of size - the only large ones I've seen are either very old or are pretend eg for film and TV.

Or was it a special big loud bank key?

I will leave this kind of question to the judge. In all cases there are video cameras...in addition to the fact they will have to explain the reason until today they have not proceed my reverse of my payment...

You are unlikely to get a refund.

This would be classed as a chargeback and the retailer would have to agree to it, which they won't do as they are still remidying the situation.
Yes I guess, this is why I will make a small claim and ask for a compensation so.

It looks like they will refund and sweep the matter under the carpet... Happy end!

Am I the only one confused?

I thought the retailer had agreed to refund...

    Hello,

For your information, since my last post here I have called my bank in order to reverse the payment (I paid using my debit card)

... did they change their mind?

BTW - I'm loving this thread!
  • Wow this thread is hard to read but thoroughly enjoyable :D
