Faulty training shoes : refuses to change because I used it

Yes, by locked in I mean I was really locked in with a big noisy key and I could not get out if I wanted to.
What did the manager say when you asked him why he had locked you in?
You seriously need to consider raising a complaint with that bank.
But of course, you can expect the manager to deny he did it.0 -
He said that he 'didn't know' : this is impossible due the noise and effort he needs to make in order to lock the door. Secondly, nothing explain the reason why until today I have not receive the refund : the only probable reason being that the manager had not really faxed the whole form (I have receive the same form few days later after I made a complaint against this manager but I refuse to file this twice). What did the manager say when you asked him why he had locked you in?You seriously need to consider raising a complaint with that bank.

I have made a complaint but the bank is ignoring it : until present I do not have received a complaint reference number. Now, I am looking for the way/procedure in order to take legal action (County court).0 -

These days internal doors in places like banks etc do not have keys (quote- big noisy keys), when is the last time you saw an internal door in a public building with a key hole? If doors need to be lockable for any reason they have coded locks where you have to press the numbers in the right order to gain access.0 -
Exactly what I was thinking iamamumtoone - its all cards and codes these days and if the door is shut then its not by key, it can click shut but needs codes or pass card to open it.0

How did he lock the door? With a big set of jangly keys?

You are unlikely to get a refund.
This would be classed as a chargeback and the retailer would have to agree to it, which they won't do as they are still remidying the situation.0 -
Did it sound like this?
