Every couple is different in this regard, some thing it's unheard of for couples not to go at it like rabbits, some maybe 2-3 times a year, doesn't mean they love each other any less, it's just how their relationship works. The problem is when you're unhappy with how much you're 'getting' and then need to have a good talk about reasons why and try and spice it up

The hot weather thing is true in some cases.....I know when ever were on holiday its true....

I don't think there is an average or a normal BUT if one of you isn't happy with the frequency or if in say the last year the frequency has changed dramatically then there's probably a good reason to talk about it.

It really depends on personal preference - as you're posting on here I would maybe presume that you're not happy with the frequency that you enjoy intimacy together at the moment. Talk to your OH and maybe try something new to reignite that spark!
