Hehe, I understand every word as well. But then I do have my very own Yorkshire bloke ;) . Been out with the ladies tonight in the wind and rain. Trainers and socks are soaked! Managed just over 9 tonight in the allotted 90 minutes. Not too quick but I don't think I run as fast in the rain. I'm concentrating too much on watching where I'm going and trying to see through my rainy specs I think. Feeling great now. All shiny and clean and having a brew.

Rest day tomorrow and OH is back for the weekend. :D Happy running everyone!

Ukevas, you seem to have got this right.:D

When you let improvements happen, rather than trying to force them, you can see almost daily improvements - which your series seems to be showing.

Onwards and upwards...and faster and slimmer!:D

    Hello northerners and southerners alike!

No running for me - the bruising is coming through nicely after my fall......I look black and blue and am feeling rather sorry for myself :o Hopefully I will be able to run tomorrow but today I think I would be taking things too far, sadly.

I could probably cope with the blisters, but the bruising is all over so I think running would be difficult. Gah!! There's always something!!
