    Well done Idio.

Theres nothing wrong with that pace - just remember that the Swansea 10K pace was just about the same as your training run today, so it cant be that bad!:D

Yeah, that's kinda what I've been thinking.

I worked out that the last comparable run I did was 6 miles in 44 minutes or similar - and I was really pushing, it nearly killed me.

I could probably have given it a little more today (but didn't want to completely break myself) and was only what, 30-40 seconds / mile off my best pace - so a couple of months and I reckon I'll be back on track :)
  • Hi everyone, well I went out for the second time this week yesterday when my legs were feeling up to it again and used my garmin, 11.30min miles, blimey talk about slow, but it did feel a bit easier than Sunday, the route was 2.91miles so I've logged it, at least I went out I guess

    Hey Millie,

Dont worry about being slow - you'll get faster - just keep plugging away and enjoy it :D - going out is better than sitting at home doing nowt anyway! So well done you :D

Well Ukevas I'm from the west country originally so we say a lot of stuff down there that doesnt count as Queen's English - but I blame coach for the Northern influence ;)

Speaking of looking after your feet - just been moisturising mine after a soaking in the bath - oooo soft :D
