Yeah 20 miles would be over 70 laps!!!!!!!!!

Um I think I'll stick to embankment for those, I think even 6 miles might be too much in terms of its shared by the whole square so I dont want to be in anyones way...but it is perfect for fast runs and interval training :D

I love the fact you're not going to be quaking though??

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Was supposed to be out running but DD not very well so she is not at school and therefore I can't run. Another run missed and am starting to think that I am not going to have enough time for all this marathon training
Well done to all those good runs and hello to all the newbies

Yep, as Beer Tins said there is still plenty time available before FLM.

There will be loads of people with entries who, not only haven't done any training yet, but dont have a clue what they're going to do when they start.

You, on the other hand, already have a half marathon under your belt and have progressed since then.

    Why should I be quaking?

I'm used to being slower than you, so I've had loads of practice of trailing in your wake!;)

hey Guys. Not reported in for a while. Shiftwork means that my training regime has been a bit haphazard. Had a good run this morning though in the wind

I was only wondering where you'd been last night!

Glad to hear the run was good this morning - what distance did you cover?

Only did about 3 or 4 miles. It blew the cobwebs away after a ...well shall we say..an indulgent evening last night

    How are things with you?
