I need some reflective stuff too Donna. There is a good Nike ipod waterproof running jacket on ebay that I have had my eye on for ages but just hoping I might find a cheaper one!

Ooooh will see if I can find it! I really don't have much £££ at all especially as am trying very hard this month not to spend anything so as I can try and get rid of one of my credit cards before Xmas!

My DD found my Garmin for me the other week so am now thinking of popping him on ebay to try and make a few quid. Will have to see what they are currently selling for though first...the money would deffo come in handy!

Methinks I will try the ol' ebay...as that should be cheaper (I hope!). Where do you get the tchibo stuff from? Can you buy it online?

www.tchibo.co.uk and go to the section To the limits and beyond, it has the sportswear that was on offer a few weeks ago.

I bought the gloves and the long pants, the trousers have reflective piping... but nothing is ultra hiviz....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

On the subject, is anyone else just *furious* at the cost of high-viz/reflective stuff?

Especially if you want anything vaguely "stylish" looking or at all practical - ie something you might actually wear...it's just a fortune. *how* they expect kids on their bikes to be able to afford this stuff is just beyond me. Just seems *entirely* socially irresponsible to me...just me?

I completely agree. The prices are disgusting. It is supposed to make us feel safe so you would hope it would be reasonably priced but it very expensive if you want something which looks ok and is pratical.
