It fine most of the time - except in posh resturants since they put cream in everything!

But it keeps me thin so I dont care :)

Managed a quick run when I got home, only about 15 mins but it stretched the legs a bit! Can't believe it's getting dark already

Erm, yes, I need to buy a sports bra too, making do with a fairly sturdy normal one and a running vest with support in it but not always entirely comfortable.

Well I went to the club for the first time in months and did 4.5 miles with some challanging hills. Found out that there are a number of us doing the Edinburgh Marathon. More doing that than London curiously enough.

  • I've had 2 rest days after my run on Tuesday. Because I hadn't run for a while before that I was expecting to be hurting by now but it hasn't surprisingly. I had an alternative upper body workout tonight as I was at my upholstery evening class and had to pull out hundreds of staples. My arms are killing me :D

Hoping to get a run in tomorrow night.

Went out last night for just over 3 miles, and again tonight for just over 5 miles. Tonight was a very slow, easy run with a ladies group I run with occasionally. Saw a friend I haven't seen in ages, so we ran and nattered. It was lovely.

Didn't do anything at all last week:eek: . I was tired from GNR weekend - not so much the running, but getting up at silly o'clock to get to the start. Also felt quite unwell towards the end of the week so I didn't manage to get out at all. I am feeling fresh now though, so the rest has obviously done me good.

Am aiming to do my 3-mile run again tomorrow, maybe a little longer.

Hope everyone is enjoying themselves too!

Oh and we are still looking for a B, D and E to complement the set we already have! Snaggles, Sammy HWGA any takers??

So, surely I'm not the only B here! Quite shocked to B honest. Thanks for the Asda £4 & £6 bra tips girls, I'll certainly be trying them.

Another fantastic brisk 5 mile walk today, a perfect day for it and thoroughly enjoyed it.

    Hey All,

Another 6am start but at least Buck Palace looks pretty in half light!

Red at least you got out - gives you more motivation for next time! The days are drawing in fast now...ooo when do the clocks change?

Molly - good luck on your run tonight - do you have a distance in mind or are you just going out there to seehow you feel?

Hello Chick - well I think you probably needed a long rest after GNR - especially with that amazing time! Glad to see you're feeling back in the groove though - how do you chat and run - I can barely breathe most of the time!

Sue - yep they are great - ooo we just need an E now and we've got a full set so to speak! Well done on the five mile walk, it looks like good walking/running weather all weekend - yeah!

Phew is that everyone! Get an early night and look what happens! Opps Sorry Chris - well done on going to run club

    Morning all...

Well, my legs (esp quads) are really feeling it today, so I guess the route I did yesterday must've been hilly enough to work some different muscle groups - good stuff! :D
