And on the subjects of bras - they are VITAL, I actually won't run without my trusty shockobsorber (yes it is called that) and a running crop top as well!!
The shockobsorbers are around the £35 mark but well worth it. Mind you I am a rather *ahem* difficult 32F to manage so I guess I have no option
Off running later, can't wait work being stressful AND a short cruise I was scheduled to go on with my mother on Friday has just been cancelled because of technical difficulties:mad:  so need a good run me thinks!
The cancellation of my cruise does mean however that I have entered a 10K on Sunday. Haven't run for nearly a week so could get interesting lol!

Next time I'm down that way, I really fancy running Rhossili (wormshead) to Llangennith (sps?) and back - on the beach one way, along the top the other way - would be very pretty and a good challenge...(must be around 10k, mustn't it?)
Or Oxwich to Three Cliffs, that'd be great...ooh!
You're so lucky to live in such a pretty part of the world, really didn't make the most of it a lot of the time I lived there0 -

Yep about 10K, marginally over depending on route, tide etc. It is beautiful but I for some unknown reason still do most of my runs on a treadmill. I'm not normal me.:p0 -
Hah I've never run on a treadmill...I've always wondered what its like!
32F eeeeeks (sorry Poodle but to a A girl that is scary!)....0 -
It's pretty scary to me too Becky!! Mind you it does mean that running without the proper armoury is simply not an option, it is almost more essential than trainers to me! lol!0
