Your run is sooo hilly though - that graph yesterday was very scary! Well done for getting out and giving it a go - do you think you'll be able to keep at that once a week?
Oh man, didn't do that one - that's 12 miles and *soooo* hilly - no way I'm doing that first thing in the morning
These were much smaller, more manageable hills0 -
I am planning to go to the running club tonight. First time for a long time. I will avoid the temptation to do anything beyond where I am at the moment though. It will be good to catch up with everyone. And maybe have a half or two in the bar afterwards of course.:D
By the way I have never thought of wearing a sports bra:rotfl:“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.” Eckhart Tolle0 -

Well you'll only have yourself to blame if you go saggy
Hope you have a good time tonight.
Circumstances have conspired this week and I haven't been out running since Sunday. The fact that I am completely skint means I've been walking to and from work every day though, so not entirely lazy. Might get out tonight if I've recovered from last night's pub visit....Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

Hello everyone!!!
Well, I have been a good little Pania lately and have been running my little toeses off! I ran 2.6 miles in 30 minutes on Thursday last week and managed to keep going all the way.
ran 3.5 on Saturday first thing in the morning with minimal food inside me.. big whoops that on ei struggled allll the way around.
5 miles around a reservoir on sunday, it was a lovely run really really hot though and rather up hill and down dale. I made it to 3.5 miles and then my legs just completely fell asleep on me. it was with (whispers) my prospective new man so i felt a right idiot feeling so knackered!!!
Then 2.6 miles with Hypno last night and wowee did we do well. our pace increased rather than decreased as we went around and we finished feeling that we could do more!! I'm going to head off out again tonight and got some more runs planned over the weekend and out again with the "training partner" he heon monday. so all is good!!
Its nice to read here of how well people are doing and that we are actually ENJOYING the exercise!! kkeep on running guys!!
Much Love
P

Well sorry Ive been away for so long, I have had ankle surgery to clear out all the crap that was causing me the pain after I ran, it meant 8 weeks on the sidelines, which was very very frustrating. Anyway now in rehab, have done 5 runs, all bar 1 on the treadmill, managed 40 mins last night (6.4k) so very happy, no ankle pain allthough a little stiff in the morning.
Off on my second road run on Saturday morning, hope to go for a 5 miler and gradually work up, have had to miss several races including the Cheddar Half in 3 weeks, will never be ready in time
Glad to see everybody keeping going,22/07/07 Debt - Tesco 17644 (6.1%) - Now 10500
