I was bordering on moobs before I started this health kick and it got me wondering...Do we think there's more to moobs than just extra fat?

It seems quite a natural thing for your body to think to me..

Sally, its actually the subject of some serious study:

More recently concern has been expressed about possible adverse effects of endocrine disrupters which might be recycled via sewage effluent discharges to rivers that are used for drinking water abstraction. Substances such as oestrogens that are constituents of the birth control pill have been implicated as potential endocrine disrupters. The birth control pill is possibly the most widely prescribed drug and therefore the Department has supported an active programme of research to assess the significance of the low concentrations of oestrogens in treated sewage effluent.

Rich I was aware that this was a problem and that this has also had effects with the sex of babies. (can't remember if its an increase in male or female babies)
What I was trying to say is the MAJORITY of man boobs are down to overeating and under exercising, yes there probably is a proportion of men with boobs but bet they havent gained weight anywhere else!

I'm intolerent to high fat foods so definitely no cream, ice cream, no posh choccies and no belly pork among other things - I can eat Skinny Cow or sorbet though!

I know I do miss my pralines and cream ice cream - yummy!

Oh man, I'd be so gutted...Cream is one of my favourite things ever, and belly pork is about the only meat I can afford these days :)
