I will be in Jamaica anyway. My girlfriend is from there and wants to visit family. If I can combine it with a Marathon so much the better. It would be nice to watch some cricket too.

Very pleased - did 2.6 miles with Pania and we did not need to walk!!! AND we managed to chat all the way round so probably could have gone faster and or further if we had been concentrating on the run rather than the gossip!!

So, we are both very pleased with that as it is a significant improvement on our last effort :D

Depending on how siezed up we are, we will go again on Friday and see if we can round it up to 3 miles!

    Good work!

I know the lovely pania can talk for England so I can imagine the gossip going on :D

I don't think I am that quiet myself - no wonder the time flew by when we were running!!

Evening - I had a very frustrating run today. I had to battle asthma, stitch, wearing the wrong bra (:o), large numbers of dogs trying to trip me up or chase me, and then just to top it off, it went dark at the start of my second lap, so I was a bit scared, and couldn't see the puddles, so got soaked.

Quite proud that I didn't give up, but it was horrible.

Wearing the wrong bra is soooo annoying and I am so scared of dogs that I stop when I see one....I walk nonchalently past whistling as if I am just out for a stroll......

Well done for braving all that though Mrs S.....
