Blimey Sammy you're going for this fitness seriously! Sounds like your PT works you hard..would love to have a couple of sessions to work on different areas (legs and bum...oh and flabby tummy!)
When I rowed at Uni Sammy we had to do 3 sessions a week on the rowing machine and targets to hit...my god I think its one of the hardest workouts I have ever done for all round fitness. I was very slim back in those days!
I too loved the rowing but it is true its very hard...I have been to pick my rower up now and its quite cute...Not sure how to loosen the tension on the pull thing!
I have put three stone over the last ten years and I would be happy if I could just lose a stone. Running alone wasn't really doing anything and the PT instructor lost 4 stone and looks fantastic...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Hiya Sally, still feeling pants
and didn't get to go running because I forgot Ryan had a camhs appointment at 5.30pm, Stu didn't get home till 5pm, and when we got back it was dark.
So I haven't run since Sunday now and feeling a bit crap about that.
It's not really a fast pace btw, my strides are very short, lol!
Ryan said such a funny thing earlier - he overheard me saying I had PMT, but thought I said TNT, and said 'oh, so if I get too near you, you'll explode?' :rotfl: :rotfl:
He's not far wrong actually!

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Don't kids just say the greatest things!
Don't worry about not running hun. You remember after the half I had that cold and I was desperate to run...I didn't for over a week so don't be too down about a couple of days. Will you be able to sneak a quick run in tomorrow??
Here this always helps me with PMT

Evening all, went out for a run earlier another 2 miles down to the beach and back again. One thing about living in Wales you can't escape the hills! Felt really good, I can't believe how strong I feel despite not running for 9 months.0

Yes, I think I can manage to fit a little run in tomorrow - is a short, easy run tomorrow followed by another longer run on Sunday the way to go do you think?
Gah, if I could have run today, I would be feeling a LOT better! And I wouldn't be needing these jaffa cakes! *hides packet*"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Cake police enters - Hand them over snaggles...I know what you're like with the Jaffa cakes!
Yeah go with what you feel you can do tomorrow hun, make it an easy one though, you're better to do a longer distance and slow rather than quick and half the distance.
I shall be out pounding the streets at 9am so will be thinking of you...god Ive got 6 miles to do tomorrowI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Good luck! I'm sure you will be fine though. I wont be running until about 6pm, it's really annoying not to be able to go out through the day! (well, i CAN go out, but I'd have the pram with me, and I much prefer running without it, even though Natasha loves it and says 'yeh yeh yeh yeh' when she seems me putting my trainers on :A).Cake police enters - Hand them over snaggles...I know what you're like with the Jaffa cakes!

Snaggles its only now that Bea is at pre-school every morning that I get 2 mornings to myself. Its so hard to fit everything in though and there are other areas that are having to take a backseat unfortunately.
6pm is quite a nice time to run actually and its coolI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

I think I have got a charity place for FLM.................I will be doing it for Mencap, who have been excellent with my Godson, providing him with 24 hour care, so it will be a good way of giving something back.
