My next 'proper' run is Sunday - I don't usually go on a Friday, but maybe I could manage it.

I sort of want to see if Wednesday was some kind of weird fluke, or if I really can run that far. But if I can't, I'm going to feel really disappointed!

how far is it to walk home from shops?? If ok distance go shopping but you have to do a power walk home then a proper run on sunday

well feeling rather assertive I would call it ;)

Anyway Coach Rich isn't here to give his word, although he would probably say that running should def come before shopping!

It's not working properly - there's just a big blank square over where I want to map. But doing a rough route, it looks like about 2 miles to run back to my house, which would be fine except for the HUGE hill I would have to run up. I could run the flat bit and walk up the hill as quick as I could though maybe?

It is the luck of the draw. It is nothing to do with experience or ability or anything else. It is worth checking your bank account. Your fee will have been debited if you have been accepted. I sort of knew I had been rejected a couple of days ago when I checked mine
