Edit: Actually - should I run tonight? My muscles didn't stiffen up much after Wednesday, but they do feel tired. The alternative is to go to the White Rose Centre and look for a zip up top thing to wear over my running gear, and some gloves, possibly with a slight detour through Debenhams and La Senza....

nice zip up tops in tchibo £12.... free returns policy too...

AVOID THE SHOPS!!! IT WILL COST YOU MONEY!!

Snaggles have a look at the tchibo stuff that Maz posted, will def do for now. As for the running? I would say yes but its up to you. If you don't go will you feel dissapointed? When are you planning to go next?

There's a Tchibo at the White Rose Centre....

I had a look at the website and there wasn't anything that would match the rest of my running kit (and for anyone who remembers my 'Brabantia kitchen bin' confession, you will understand why matching is very important to my poor ocd brain). But there's a sports shop that has a sale on (where I got my cropped running pants and t-shirt, for £7 in total I think), so I could go and look there to see if they have a jacket.

My next 'proper' run is Sunday - I don't usually go on a Friday, but maybe I could manage it.

I sort of want to see if Wednesday was some kind of weird fluke, or if I really can run that far. But if I can't, I'm going to feel really disappointed! :eek:

Now your trying to justify it :rotfl: Yes I do remember the Brabantia bin conversation in fact everytime I see one of those things (and I look longingly) it reminds me of you!

If you go to the White rose centre tonight, when are you going to go running??

Oh well lucky you, but the running gear is online oredrs only and not in shops til next week @ Tchibo.

sports shop sounds good... the one in my town (where i work) is only wee and even though it always has a sale on, nothing is ever that cheap......
