Haven't been out for a couple of days with one thing and another.

I have been so tired. Sometimes your body tells you to slow down for a day or two. The art is learning when this is the case and it is being used as an excuse for laziness. Most of us are juggling so many things in life aren't we and need to keep things in perspective

I will be out in the morning - if only for a short easy run

i also find it hard to distinguish between genuine, worthy tiredness deserving of a day off and just feeling a bit lazy! usually end up getting it totally wrong and either not running for a week or ending up carrying on with life and running when totally exhausted and making myself ill

Did a 3 miler last night :j, nearly persuaded myself not to, it was hard work but I am really glad I did it. May be cycling round the New Forest this weekend, so will probably run again on Monday night. :D

Or on the finish line and finish before anyone else. Just get out of your sleeping bag before the others finish and look exhausted, sure it'll work - noone will notice  :rotfl:
