  • Hey guys...nothing to report on the running front... pure and simple rest day today... well 2-3 mile walk about town today as at MIL but that's it.

Run planned for 9am tomorrow morning, have texted runchum to confirm, but no reply.... will force myself out alone anyhow.....

Good luck for your races guys!!!!!!!!!!

Urrgghh, can anyone please explain what I'm doing up at this time on a Sunday wearing running gear? Have I actually now OFFICIALLY lost the plot!

Jesus, I knocked 3 minutes off my 2.5k run time from Wednesday! I'm now posting whilst walking another 2.5k, tempted to run a bit more but don't want an injury... See I do listen sometimes!

Well done Jinky! I wish I could say I feel great, but my neck is really hurting and I've also fallen out with hubby, so came back to a bad atmosphere..... Sigh.... What's new eh?

Oh dear, lol! Actually, running doesn't seem to hurt my back, but walking does. After this morning, it was aching like crazy. I'm sure it's the trainers, because I can easily walk twice that distance in heels! Hope your day improves. xx
