Hi all. What a fantastic week it's been for getting out there and walking. Not too hot and cool enough to soon want yourself getting warmed up. I've done so much brisk walking lately that I've astounded myself and each time I end up with runs (no, not that sort) so that I don't stop running and need to walk again ....then attempt running on muscles that aren't as they should be. If that makes sense
Keep on running! Now there's a song to spur us on.

Haven't seen much of you lately, but it sounds like the walking idea was pursued with some enthusiasm then. I think you and me must the keenest walkers in the club!Gt NW 1/2 Marathon 21/2/2010 (Target=1:22:59) (6:20/mile) 1:22:47 (6:19):j:j
