Well done Maz and Donna!! :T
So ANY kind of aerobic exercise will help towards the running??
Yay! :j"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
I've discussed it with the instructor and i'm not going to carry on with the lessons after the october holidays... i've learned so much and am so much more confident in my abilities in the pool.... the very fact that i have felt able to hold my own in the pool at 0730-0830 in the morning when there are some pretty good swimmers around is a good sign. i'd never have had the confidence to do that 4-5 weeks ago... lane swimming was for real swimmers.......!!
i really want to squeeze a run in tomorrow, i only get half an hour for lunch, i can stretch to 45 mins if needed..... i think the best i can do is have a walk, that way i only need to change my shoes...I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....(it's part of my charm!)0 -

It only seems like a couple of weeks ago that you were saying on the daily thread that you wanted to be more confident! You've made such quick progress hun xxx"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Maz!! That's so weird, I was thinking exactly this today!
Stu offered to cook anything I wanted for dinner today, and I chose spicy chicken and rice, which is sooooo healthy it's untrue!
It was gorgeous too."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

LOL Isn't it amazing though when you're unfit and inactive muesli is a boring food. But when you're active it suddenly becomes yummy - it must provide a lot of what you need. It also satisfies you for long periods - you can miss meals and not realise!
