Well, 4 chocolate biscuits = roughly 60 mins of sex, if you are wanting to work them off! :rotfl:

  • oh wow Donna you are amazing!!!!

was at swimming club tonight... i am such a teachers pet! we were doing mostly back stroke, and we all had to do our best for preassesment, i was deemed as spot on, nothing to improve... the other 4 were broken down to the composite parts and i got to practice myself... then near the end i was asked to do a length of back stroke while everyone watched... i am so pleased with myself...

not running related, but rest day related i suppose!!
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....

    Donna,

That is a strong pace - you are really getting the training effect building the strength of your muscles.

That pace today was 2:03 half marathon pace - are you still convinced you can't train to do sub 2hrs?

Its an absolute cert if you carry on like this.

    Well done.

Excellent work - its good enough getting the aerobic benefits but if you can do it stylishly as well all the better!

And it is running related if it helps improve your running - and this will.
