    Have you noticed how its very quiet for the first hour now (Except thee and me that it is lol)? It must be all that effort catching up with an evening's posts - we're going to have everyone too worn out to do any training! :rolleyes:

  • Welcome back cnoelj, we've missed you. So sorry to hear about your mum ((hugs)). Knowing what a keen runner you were, I'm sure you'll love getting back into it.

    Not much to report here today except that my thigh still hurts a bit - dunno if I need to stretch it or strengthen it.. or just be kind to it? :confused:

    Will be out for a run later, probably get the bus home and then go out from there. As for miles, so far this week I've done:
    Mon - 2.5 walk
    Tue - 2.5 walk, 2.5 run/walk
    Wed - 5 walk
    Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012.

  • my overly short toenails gave me no gip/gyp/jip/jyp.. whatever! last night when i was running.... but are still niggling me in normal time... vaseline is not helping.......

    compeed plasters sound fab... i hate to tempt fate but i have never had a blister from running....... does that mean i'm not doing enough!!??
