hi guys, wanted to wish all the FLM-ers lots of luck too.... i can only look on with wonder!!!you guys are amazing!!!


Did another 3 mile walk today, really fortunate as it was pee-ing a rain when we started but soon stopped, and began again when we got in the car!

Feeling quite proud to have stuck to the plan when was raining!

You may be jesting. A friend of mine trained for the Robin Hood Marathon in Nottingham some years ago and trained hard for it. He travelled to Nottingham from London, staying with some relatives and decided because it was raining that he didn't fancy it. The next day was a better day so ran the route by himself. Yes bizarre I know

VEry odd Chris! The rain would be cooling I'd have thought although slippy on the cobbled section? Am off soon for my overnight stay and will post FLM results as soon as I am able! Huge, squidgyliscious, encouraging "go for it" (but pace yourselves) hugs for you all! I'm with you in spirit!

HI all, just wanted to say to all those doing the FLM tomorrow have a fantastic day and best wishes for a good run. I'll be watching from my sofa in sunny North Wales, with baby kicking me!

I just stuck to a pair of running socks and a pair of shorts. I was tempted to have my photo taken with the cup from the Marathon at the London Olympics of 1908, to show off in the Arms, but £10 is a bit steep
