Hey you can throw away that wide angled lens now BA - Just kidding dont shout at me!!!
Not so good today, did 10.5 last night and picked up an injury to my ankle/foot, completely differant area to last time but same foot, managed to get a physio appointment for 2 this salvo so will see what he says;
I think it might be just wear and tear and getting used to upping the mileage but will see, anyway I am not running Friday which is an 8 miler and Sunday will have to wait and see supposed to be 18 miles but wont run if its still sore; Am afraid of missing a long run now though as have done 1 x 16 and 2 x 18 in the last three weeks, body is saying no no no, have a rest so will listen I think;

I went to the the club for the first time in 6 months and ran a hard hilly nine miles. I am feeling it now but came through relatively unscathed.“The primary cause of unhappiness is never the situation but your thoughts about it.” Eckhart Tolle0 -

Just come back from an hour and three quarters run. I am coughing and spluttering. Wish I could sort out this chestiness I get. Apart from that I enjoyed it.

Did my first run since the injury last night, took it really slowly and did 4 miles without too much pain, a little but to be expected so hopefully over the worst of it22/07/07 Debt - Tesco 17644 (6.1%) - Now 10500
