    Hi one and all, :hello:

I have been a complete recluse for a while, work has been really busy we have an Estyn inspection in the college in Jan so we are preparing for that Also, I have started 3 courses; British Sign Language, Welsh and the 2nd year of my PGCE so no time to myself at all.

So I've done no running and feel yucky (I think that's the technical term). DH is away until tomorrow so as soon as he's back I getting out for a little plod!

Tee hee, that gave me an image of him coming in the door and you running straight out :rotfl:Hope all goes well with your courses.

I've not been doing a great deal either, running a bit on treadmill at the gym and walking to/ from work most days this week. The cold weather is putting me off a bit, as is the fact it's getting darker earlier - I don't like winter!

Well I might give him 5 minutes of attention then I'm off!!
  • Jeez you sound far too busy to run Evab! Three courses at once, are you sane woman???

I did actually get my butt in gear and dragged my poor dog out for a 10 mile run. The GNR has shown me I can do more than 6 miles so I did it today - was very hard as normally I run with my bf but she's away - so just me, dog and ipod today :D

Go on get out there, it's a lovely day for it...my mantra I chant as I run is "beach, bum, bikini" and it seems to work :rotfl: I have also been at my friends ALLLLLLLLL afternoon and we have finished off a bottle of pimms and wine,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,it is obvious?

  • Aarrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh - men!

Mind you I may join your club, after our chat I consumed 2 of each type of chocolate from the Quality Street tin, that added to Fish and Chips for tea and a snickers in the hairdressers does not bode well for my bottom :rotfl:
