    Hi

I can't believe 2 things that have happened over the last few days.

I am now getting to the end of the time I started listing on Amazon and I am getting listings ending. When I went to relist one book, I found that I hadn't got it. I realised I have sent it in error to someone who bought a similar title!! However, they have never come back to me!

I have also decided to list a few of the heavier books on ebay as well as relisting on Amazon (making a mental note to remove as soon as they sell on ebay). Yesterday I spent an age listing one book, describing it at great length. This morning it has sold on Amazon!! The moral of this, list all your books on ebay and by the morning they will have sold on Amazon! (I wish!)

Odd things all round - I sent a double cassette audio book to France and just had an email saying that the tapes don't match - one is one story and the other is different story - sure enough I look at the one I had here and I'd put the tapes back wrong after I'd checked them - both same series and author - that will teach me to put my glasses on!!

I have written saying I will send him the other one free of charge - that way he'll get two stories and I will have lost just the postage ( it would be air mai!l :( ) and hopefully get reasonable feedback.

Another book sold on Greenmet too today! I do like the simplicity of their system!

need another selling fairy visit - I can't believe how bad my sales have been since Easter, think it's going to be small ads at work or car boot for some of it now as it's kind of taking over our spare room (not by most of you on here's standards I know but I can't give it any more room atm )

    Hi

I have just sold a rare (ish) annaul (mine was the only one listed). I have just noticed the spine has the cardboard missing which I didn't state. I have emailed the buyer and he wants it still but asked about some money off. What would you knock off - the annual was listed as £6?

    Donna

P.S. The buyer really wants this annual and it is not listed anywhere BUT I really want to sell

:j I have now sold several books on GM and find their system so much better than Amazon. I have still got to work out how they make their charges on Amazon!!! as sometimes 2 books with the same sale prices give me a different "profit" at the end!!!

I'm really upset this morning. Logged in to print off a packing slip for a sold book, hurrah, to find someone had left me 3/5 feedback, boo.

The buyer was newly registered and bought a 20 year old paperback book that was unread but had got the usual 'sitting on a shelf and getting tanned' look. I described all that and sold it as 'good' as that appears to be the correct category according to the Amazon suggestions. Her comments were that the book is 'good' considering the price

I've sent an email basically grovelling and explaining that if she wasn't happy then I am happy to do a full refund on return of the book, although I did consider the description entirely accurate. I'll see if she gets back to me.
